* General Information:
PSE133TT3 is a reflective electrophoretic technology display module based on active matrix TFT and plastic substrate. The plastic substrate is protected by an outer covering, which is a part of the display. It has 13.3" active area with 2200 x 1650 pixels, the display is capable to display images at 2-16 gray levels (1-4 bits) depending on the display controller and the associated waveform file it used.

Issues about Refunding Sample cost.
If Clients ask for refunding sample, the freight should be paid by them. After we receiving the sample, we will test it again.
If it's our problem, we will replace a new one and in charge of all the sending out costs.
If the sample's quality is caused by customer improper operation or other man-made damage, we will charge reasonable maintenance based on the specific situation. And the sending out cost will be charged by the customer.
